Replace the cover sleeve

Place the Sample Box into the Royal Mail Return Plastic envelope and seal.

Identify the Royal Mail Tracking Number on the returns envelope and make sure you have recorded this on the front page of this booklet.

The below DX information is only for customers who purchased test prior to January 2021.

If you have a DX envelope within your kit then please follow the below instructions – DO NOT PUT A DX ENVELOPE IN A ROYAL MAIL POST BOX AS YOUR SAMPLE WILL BE DESTROYED:

Welcome to DX Sample Drop. To ensure your sample is securely returned to our testing laboratory please ensure you follow the below steps to complete your Sample Drop. To locate your nearest DX Express sample drop off point please refer to the list of addresses below:

1.Upon arrival at the Sample Drop off point, please do not enter the premises if you have any symptoms of Covid-19

2.Please sanitise your hands on entry and wear a face covering

3.Please remain in the designated area only

4.Only ONE person is to be in the Sample Drop location at a time. If there are other customers in the area, please wait outside until they have left the area

5.Post your DX addressed Sample Kit into the blue postal locker marked with yellow DX Sample Drop label, as per below:

Please note if you drop your sample at a DX box on a Saturday, your sample will not be delivered to the lab until the Monday.

PLEASE NOTE – IF YOU HAVE A ROYAL MAIL TRACKED ENVELOPE IN YOUR KIT YOU CAN STILL USE THIS SERVICE OR MAKE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET YOUR SAMPLE TO THE LAB.

DO NOT PUT A ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 HOUR ENVELOPE IN ONE OF THE DX DROP BOXES – YOUR SAMPLE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
