  2. Click Outlook from top left menu bar and choose Preferences.
  3. Click Accounts
  4. Click the + button in lower left and choose Exchange.

    4. Check configure automatically
    5. Click Add Account when finished.
  5. Check Always use my response for this server and click Allow.
